We are the world leader in physical literacy programs for schools because of our purposeful program design and innovative coaching philosophy. We focus on energizing students and staff to become healthier and happier humans, through movement and physical education.

Less than 25% of schools in Canada have a qualified PE teacher. That's why we're passionate about coming into schools to deliver high-energy, curriculum-based dance, yoga and fitness programs to help boost mental health through movement for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

We’re excited to help

Active students not only learn better, they also feel better - through our programs students learn how to self-regulate and interact positively with each other as they play games, get active, bust-a-move, stretch, flex, breathe and connect.

Our goal is to be a comprehensive support to schools and educators: we teach lessons on behalf of teachers during their PE class, we provide them with assessment tools so they can collect evidence of learning, we train educators so that they have the confidence to keep their students active and we give them follow-along resources so they can keep moving together after we're gone!
